General Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 24 hours before the arrival date/time are without charge.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.

This Policy does not apply to our NON-REFUNDABLE OFFER - Which is exempt from our cancellation policy. Once your booking has been confirmed with us, we will charge the relevant payment card up to 7 days before check-in.
If your booking is within this period we may process the payment upon your confirmation that same day.

We require a valid credit card / debit card upon check-in for damage and loss prevention. We reserve the right to on charge any guest for damages, loss of property or the resulting loss of sales that may incur as a result of the aforementioned.
